📌Good job!! to the reception that work at the night shift ( 12 September 2023) on the day I check in . I was late check in around 10.50 p.m because of my flight from Kuching was delayed. This is my first time check in here and it's not disappointed me. The receptionist was friendly, the greeting was good and great explanation. I really love the way they guide and treat customer. 📌About the room, super satisfied. So clean, the air conditioner functioning well, hot water and has refrigerator so easier for us. All is good so far and so recommended guys 👍👍❤️. And guest what, I extend my stay till 14 September 2023 because of this great service! 😉 Well done. So so recommended ya. 👏👏 @shirley🌈

I like how the staff treats me. They are really good. Friendly, soft spoken and more. The room also clean, everything i like inside the hotel.

The receptionist wasp very friendly and helpful she even told us about complementary transportation we can go anywhere near in KK
